Quality
is the process of delivering the customer requirements with zero rework
as set forth in the contract documents to the satisfaction of the
customer. This
is achieved by following proper management procedures as well as
having qualified individuals and providing them with the right tools to
complete their tasks. Our
management standards are in compliance with the PMBOK Guide as
developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the United
States. We have currently in our company 10 individuals who are certified project managers by PMI (PMP Certified).
